Parking & Patient Drop-off
Clear signs will guide you to our parking garage, located directly next to the hospital’s entrance.
If you are escorting a patient to our hospital, you may drive them directly to our main entrance before parking in the garage.
Parking validation
Validation is available for patients visiting select services at the UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty and Research Hospital. At this time, parking validation is provided only to patients receiving care in Imaging/Radiology, patients having outpatient surgery or donors at the Blood Donor Center.
Patients should bring their parking ticket inside when they arrive for their appointment. Before leaving the hospital, present the ticket at the Welcome Desk, and the staff will validate it if your visit qualifies.
Check-in & Registration
Once inside, patients may check in by visiting our welcome desk located at our main entrance.
After checking in, your care team will personally escort you to your room where your care team will complete the registration process.
